Kurnool
Yoga Consciousness Trust, Kurnool Center was opened on 15th September 2013. It comes under the Nandyal Branch. It is conducting regular Yoga classes at the following three locations.
Programs and Classes
The Programs and classes includes Asanas, Kriyas, Pranayama, Concentration, Meditation, Spiritual Courses.
Regular spiritual training is given to all participants which prepares them for higher spiritual sadhana. Once they are ready for higher sadhana, they may choose to visit Vizinigiri Ashram to attend dharana attainment course and advanced Yoga courses.
