H.H. Yogacharya Raparthi Rama Rao developed a schedule for daily practice of asanas. He recommended the following six asana series for optimal physical, emotional, cognitive, and spiritual development of the sadhaka. After doing these six asanas enough time has to be allotted to pranayama with mudras and bandhas, and then for meditation practice.
