Anustana Yoga Vedanta – Intermediate Level

These Courses aim to purify nadis and makes one experience higher consciousness. These courses are designed to train the mind in order to make it free from the six contaminations namely kama (desire), krodha (anger), lobha (avarice), moha (ignorance), mada (pride), and matsarya (jealousy). It also trains one to attain concentration by freeing the mind from prejudices, false notions, vasanas (past impressions) and other psychological aberrations. This will ultimately awaken the latent potential energy Kundalini, and make it dynamic in the aspirants.

Lectures will be delivered on different yogas with particular reference to Patanjali Yoga Darshan, Physiology, anatomy, Kundalini energy, mind control, concentration, meditation and other allied topics. By the end of this course, one will experience the states of higher consciousness making one efficient in every walk of life. The individual gains confidence in this methodology and become fit for training to attain the Super-Consciousness state or Self Emancipation!

This course is designed to train the individual in pratyahara techniques which aid in controlling the senses (indriyas) and makes the outward going mind turn inwards (antarmukha). The main aim of this course is preparation for Dharana attainment. This course is conducted in all branches of YCT. Duration is 40 Days (non-residential) or 10 days (Residential at Yogachaitanyagiri, International Institute of Yoga Research and Training, Bheemili Campus).

This 10 days residential camp at Yogachaitanayaramam, Vizinigiri aims to train the individual for Dharana (Chaitanya darshan) attainment under the guidance of Pujya Gurudev H.H. Yogacharya Sri Raparthi Rama Rao. Intense Spiritual practices for opening of third eye (awakening of Kundalini) will be practised and qualified sadhakas can get the experience of this Chaitanya, the divine experience!

Those who have attained Dharana experience are eligible for this course. This course is conducted in all branches to prepare sadhakas to attend Chaitanya Prakasa Yoga-IV conducted in the Divine presence of Pujya Gurudev at Vizinigiri. In this course necessary techniques are practiced so that body, mind and spirit are fine-tuned to receive maximum benefit from training under Pujya Guruji. Duration is Forty Days (non-residential).

Those who attained the Dharana experience and qualified in the Chaitanya Prakasa Yoga-III are eligible for this course. This course is meant for intensification of Chaitanya experience, and is conducted in Vizinigiri in the Divine presence of Pujya Gurudev. It also prepares the eligible sadhakas for Atma Pratyaya Yoga Course.
